What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead the delivery of mechanical (and wider MEP) design, taking ownership of technical quality and ensuring everything aligns with UK standards and best practice.

You’ll act as Project or Technical Lead on complex schemes, managing programmes, resources and coordination across disciplines. Alongside that, you’ll work directly with clients, building relationships and contributing to fee proposals and project performance.

Internally, you’ll mentor engineers, support their development, and help shape a collaborative, high-performing team.

What You’ll Need

Degree qualified in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
Experience delivering projects from concept through to completion
Able to balance technical delivery with client expectations
Commercial awareness beyond pure design

Bonus if you have:

Experience in energy, decarbonisation, or complex building projects
A track record of improving processes, mentoring teams, and taking ownership beyond your own deliverables
