About the Role

Intermediate Revit / Cad Technician

London City | Benefits | Hybrid: 3 Days Office / 2 Home

£40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

Are you in a role where you’re producing drawings and models, but not really influencing how things are done?

This is where that changes.

You join a consultancy where you’re trusted to take ownership of digital delivery. You’re not just modelling, you’re helping shape how projects are coordinated, improving standards, and working closely with engineers to deliver fully integrated designs across building services, heat networks, and decarbonisation projects.

What stands out here is the culture. Communication matters. People are encouraged to speak up, whether that’s sharing ideas or flagging when something doesn’t feel right. There’s a genuinely open environment, backed by regular check-ins and a leadership team that actually listens. In reality, workloads are managed well, so people aren’t regularly overstretched, but if things do get busy, you’re supported rather than left to deal with it on your own.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll act as the MEP Revit / CAD lead on projects, producing coordinated models and drawings across mechanical and electrical services in line with BIM standards.

You’ll take ownership of CAD and Revit standards, developing and maintaining libraries of blocks and families, while improving how work is delivered digitally.

You’ll also work closely with engineers and project teams, ensuring outputs are accurate, coordinated, and delivered to a high standard.

What You’ll Need

  • Around 3+ years’ experience in a similar MEP Revit / CAD role
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and ideally Navisworks
  • Experience delivering coordinated drawings and models to agreed deadlines
  • Good understanding of MEP systems and project delivery
  • Knowledge of BIM standards (BSRIA BG6, ISO 19650) and wider construction processes
