About the Role
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer | London | £50,000-£65,000 + benefits
Take full ownership of building services projects and shape them with your ideas from start to finish.
You’ll lead projects across a range of sectors, working directly with clients and seeing your designs come to life on site. With hybrid working, you can plan your week around life as well as work, giving you the flexibility to be productive on your terms.

What you’ll do
You’ll lead and deliver building services projects from early feasibility through to construction, acting as the key point of contact for clients while ensuring technical quality, commercial performance, and alignment with the client brief. The role combines project leadership, client relationship management, and business development, coordinating internal design teams and external stakeholders to successfully deliver projects across multiple sectors.
What you’ll need
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or industry related qualification Recent UK Building Services Consultancy experience A good understanding of electrical, sustainability and public health aspects Adhering to relevant British Standards/Regs and Codes of Practice
About the company
This is an independent building services consultancy and currently operate from four offices and have clear ambitions to grow further, always looking at the bigger picture and where the next opportunities are. It’s a business that’s steadily expanding while still keeping that close-knit consultancy feel.
